Prime Time Catering, Inc. is based out of the Dutch Haven Restaurant at 201 E. Bald Eagle Street in Lock Haven, PA. Our fine dining establishment can host private or corporate functions at the Dutch Haven Restaurant for up to approx. 125 guests or we can offer catering to a private or corporate function at another location of preference for up to 350 or more guests.
The Dutch Haven Restaurant itself can accommodate a party of up to 25 guests in the private banquet room for client consultations, dinners or banquets, or the entire restaurant can be sectioned out and can actually seat up to approx. 125 guests in a casual atmosphere for a business or family event of your choice.
We help deliver creative solutions to our customers in event planning and services by utilizing our 20 years of combined catering and restaurant experience. We have a strong management and service team, and employ a system of ongoing training for our service staff in order to provide the greatest level of customer satisfaction for our clientele as possible.
We have the capacity to produce and stage multiple large off-site events concurrently with the same care and detail we offer to smaller celebrations. We enjoy assisting with catered menu selections and sharing the magic of our homemade, beautifully prepared foods.
Our style is quite eclectic and influenced by world cuisine: Asian, Mediterranean, and Latin to name a few. We prepare as much of our meals from scratch as humanly possible. We smoke our own meats and seafood, and create our own in house mouth watering breads, desserts, soups and salads.
We like to meet with our customers to talk about their styles, tastes and budget. We offer personalized menus, linen rentals and professional service staff. Or goal is to work with our customers and to take into account all the variables of the day to guarantee a fabulous, magical event to ensure your event is just as you envisioned it.
